6 Ramadhan 1430 Hijrah

Yesterday, on the way back from KL - attending workshop, singgah klinik jap to check sakit kepala yg berlarutan since last friday..everyday mesti sakit kepala...bangun pagi ok lagi, but towards ptg, kepala dah makin berdenyut2..lepas telan panadol pun tak ok jugak sakit tu..is it due to hormon? tanyer doc semlm..die ckp not due to that..if u're pregnant, then yes...it was due to hormon changes. So, dia dah bg ubat yg agak kuat sket..then vit untuk urat pun dia bagi..4 jenis jugak ubatnyer..die kate if tak ok lagik, then die soh dtg utk amik darah...at the same time, die check gak BP..my BP was at the border..hehehe...110/90...doc kate yg bawah tu border..pasal ape eh?...hmmm..pelik..i rase i ok je..takde la stress ke ape ke..

doc said, normally it was due to badan penat sgt, then mata slalu tgk PC, byk berpk..then causing the urat2 to stress out..hmmm...is it true? i don't think i'm in stress condition....hmm...baru keje gini, dah jadi stress ker? camne nak go to higher post gini...need to managed well my stress...but, i'm not the person yg suka pk sgt...to those kawan2 yg kenal, maybe tahu kot..saye org yg suke gelak2 je kan..heheheh..betul dak kawan2?

So, today is my 1st day puasa di bln Ramadhan Al-Mubarak ini...Semoga my health back to normal...Since yesterday plak, dada in minor pain..ala2 gastric tu..one factor causing the acid to flow abnormally was due to stress too....hmmmm...eveywhere i heard about stress...hahahahaha

so, i just paste the info on how to ease ur stress level..Semoga Berjaya kawan2...plas bear in mind, our body need to rest too since we are to young for that stress to be in our body...isn't? heheheh

Tanda-tanda stress:
1. sakit kepala
2. penghadaman terganggu -sakit perut/again..etc
3. sakit dada
4. batuk/selsema
5. penyakit susah nak pulih walau makan ubat
6. penat
7. susah tidur / selalu jaga dan semua jenis sakit yg badan alami

Jenis-jenis stress:
1. kerja banyak
2. masalah dgn pekerja
3. masalah ngan anak-anak
4. banyak kerja rumah
5. masalah ke pejabat - letih/jam/asap kereta/habuk/ panas/sejuk

Cara2 untuk menangani stress:
1. dengar muzik
2. bersenam perlahan-lahan
3. makan makanan yg mengurangkan stress
4. melihat cerita lawak
5. berborak dgn kawan-kawan - yg positif
6. berurut/mandi air panas
7. berjalan-jalan perlahan
8. lupakan semua masalah
9. dunia seketika - akhirat mau, dunia pun mau mesti seimbang

and today is the first sahur for adik balqis...die dgr alarm clock ummi bunyi, pastu die nampak cahaya lampu dr luar bilik...sbb abah dah bangun awal sket...abah dah panaskan sup ayam (ummi masak semlm-sakit2 kepala tu masak jugak n itu je yg mampu) dan nasi...so, ummi bangun mkn je la...tapi mata mmg ngantuk sgt..tak sure whether ubat doc bg tu membuatkan ngantuk sgt pulak...lepas sahur, dua2 beranak tertido di depan tv kat hall je...pinggan sume tak basuh...tak sure abah basuh ke tak..sometimes, abah yg basuh pinggan2 tu..

semlm abg lutfi dah sibuk tanyer ummi naper ummi tak kejut die sahur..die nak bangun..yer yer je abg lutfi tu nak bangun..satgi org nak mengejutkan die ni la jenuh..heheh...pastuh blk je from nursery, die marah ummi...naper ummi masukkan vitamin C die dlm beg..kan die posa...hehehehe....abg lutfi ni lawak la..so, mlm tadi ummi kena explain la kat die yg vit C tu utk adik..sbb adik kan kecik lagik n adik tak posa...

  3. mira: siannye hubby hang....at least hg bleh jadi tempat die release tension..hehehe..tapi mostly keje private sector, sokmo gitu kots...always pressure..hehehe

    syima: thanks syima...selamat berpuasa jugak buat ko sekeluarga...lutfi tak posa la syima...aku cam nak try, abah die tak baper nak bagi..so, tak posa la die..hehehe...marsya posa ker? biasenyer pompuan senang sikit aku rase nak train..:)
